- Statement reservation is not refundable.
- Reserving Operations Reservations can be refunded if the cancellation is made by the customer within 7 days prior to attending to conduct the operation, with deduction of the administrative fees and any steps taken by the center.
- Refund will be made within 10 days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be made in the same way as in the original payment method.
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit cards or through mobile payments in local currency.
- The cardholder must keep a copy of the records of financial transactions with the center.
